Yep !!!   This is what happens when the repairmen never show up.

The tall building is the Royal Viewing Tower.      We had tea at the top level.

These are views of the track , from the top of the Royal Tower.

We also got to see some cars doing practice runs ..... but were not allowed to take any photos of the cars in action
